New incoming undergraduates starting in the fall term: Campus Express opens to new incoming undergraduates on June 1.
 
New incoming graduate students starting in the summer or fall term: Campus Express will be available to you on April 1.
 
New incoming students starting in the spring term: Campus Express will be available to you after the first week in January.
 
New incoming summer program students: You can access Campus Express to upload your PennCard photo after you have received an email from your program inviting you to do so.

Please note that it may take up to three hours after creating your new PennKey to be able to access Campus Express for the first time, and if you are a newly enrolled student it may take up to 24 hours. If you believe you are eligible to log on to Campus Express and you are seeing this message, would you kindly wait one business day and revisit us to try again?
