Grad Fair

Grad Fair is March 22-24, 2024 at the Penn Bookstore! All degree candidates who plan to participate in Commencement can acquire their caps and gowns, as well as purchase other items such as diploma frames, class rings, and gifts to celebrate this momentous occasion.  Use this opportunity to try on your gown, ask staff members questions, and get excited for the big event! 
You can also order your regalia on-line through Grad Express. Note: If you plan to wear Custom Doctoral regalia, you should order it online by March 8 and have it shipped directly to you.

Important Regalia Dates

Bachelor, Masters & Doctoral Candidates: Pick up your Regalia at the Penn Bookstore during Grad Week – March 20-22, 2024

Doctoral Candidates ordering Custom Regalia: Order Custom Regalia for shipping by March 8, 2024.

Class of 2024 Degree Candidates Ordering Regalia for Shipping: Order Regalia for shipping by March 31, 2024.

 

Custom Doctoral Robes

Doctoral Candidates: Choosing Between Traditional & Custom Regalia

Custom Regalia is typically chosen by Doctoral candidates who plan to frequently participate in academic ceremonies requiring such unique attire in the future. Please keep in mind you are not required to purchase custom regalia and, with few exceptions, graduates most often choose standard Doctoral regalia.

Custom Doctoral regalia can only be obtained by having it shipped directly. All Custom gowns must be ordered by March 1, 2024.

Deadline for Ordering Regalia:

You are strongly encouraged to purchase your regalia during Grad Fest at the Bookstore - March 20-22. If you choose to order online for shipping, you must order by March 31, 2024 in order to receive your regalia in time for Commencement.
